Well Florida was awesome!!! If any of yall get a chance to do it go for it, its worth it…relaxing in the sun, swimming with the dolphins, picking up shells, and watching beautiful sunsets!! What’s not to love?? Have you been to Florida???
Hey everyone, I just got back from a weeks vacation out west! We went to Ekalaka, Montana for a few days to start with and stayed at a Christian Camp. It was a great time spent outdoors participating in high adventure rope activities and meeting some great people out there that loved the outdoors as well! After Montana, we headed to the black hills and went past Mt Rushmore. We spent a couple days at Custer National park, staying somewhere different every night. We did some hiking up to the tops of peaks and got the most amazing sights ever! Some moments that you just had to sit and enjoy what the world has to offer while you are there because pictures just don’t do its justice!! One part I loved about the trip is that I got to spend it with my wonderful family and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. The buffalo were amazing! If none of you have been out to that part of the country, you ought to get there sometime to see how different it is compared to where you live. It’s a wonderful place to visit!
Poison ivy is a three leafed plant with a tooth half way on the leaf:

poison ivy has oils that iritate your skin and cause itchy rashes on the contacted areas. If you do touch the plant wash the area with clean water emidiatly, use soap. If you get poison ivy treat it with poison cream. Rashes will spread from person to person so wash your hands regularly.

With school starting I am going to have less time outdoors. If you can’t go outdoors during school then bring outdoors with you! You can try starting a club or after school activity involving going outdoors. Each time you meet you could do something different. One meeting you might shoot archery and the next you might have a snowball fight or identify tracks in the snow or dirt. There are a lot of things you can do outdoors so don’t be bored during school bring outdoors with you!
