Natural Land Institute hosts Fall Harvest Festival
Festival set for October 17 at Nygren Wetland Preserve
ROCKFORD – Families and friends are invited to help harvest prairie seeds on October 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Nygren Wetland Preserve, 3190 West Rockton Road, Rockton, Illinois. The free, fun-filled event offers the opportunity to support conservation by collecting native seeds for future planting and to enjoy guided tours of the beautiful preserve throughout the day.
